Lighting in my closet

Wat up everyone.
So, I have a 7.5ft long, 5.5ft height, 2ft width closet and I currently have one 600w cool tube reflector running off of a lumatek digital ballast with mylar on all the walls. I have twelve plants in all with square pots (3.5 gallon) so there is two pots each in the 2ft width space I have. Six of the plants are three weeks older then the other six. Now my question is that it just doesn't seem like all the plants are getting enough light because of how my closet is rectangular and long shaped (wish it was more square shaped with a bigger width ) Do you think that there is enough light or should I go with my new idea of getting another 600w light? Another alternative that I was thinking of would be getting t-5 fluorescent lights and putting them on the sides.
I will only be flowering six out of my twelve plants as that is how many plants my medicinal license allows for. (6 mature plants OR 12 immature plants) Also, I already have both mh and hps light bulbs (currently using my mh for vegetative) and was thinking that using another 600w light hps at the same time would be great for my plants or do you think that it would just be an overkill? Sorry that I have no pictures, but are there any suggestions? Thanks

If you can afford the fixture and the increase in the electric bill AND control the temps, then I think that most experienced growers would say the more light the better!

haha yea thats exactly what I was thinking. So if I did end up going with this 2nd 600w system, do you think there would be any need for t-5 fluorescents on the sides of the plants when flowering? I just want the most bud possible from these 6 plants  as any grower would.

I recommend positioning your bulbs length to match the skinny 2 foot width so light spreads sideways from the bulb or longways in the closet, whichever way you think of it: it gets more from what you have. Throw in a warm too! you need 1 of each preferably.

If you can control all the environmental problems then go with a second light and have them length ways as suggest and spread your plants as far apart as you can which will give you the maximum bud from each of the 6 females.

Yea I definitely already have the light so that it's positioned length ways, but it just still doesn't seem to be enough light  Well now I'm definitely going to go with that 2nd 600w light, seems to be the best move to make and I will be able to control all of the environmental problems. Thanks everyone for all your input.
