Lighting interruption

So I have some small led grow lights around the bottom side of my tent to help with the growth at the bottom of my plant . They got left on when my main lights when out . So my question is will it hurt my plants . They already a few weeks into budding.

Once or twice it won't make much difference. Having lights underneath the canopy is pointless, you are just wasting energy.

Around 7 hours when I had noticed ☹
Gona be honest, i had a plant reveg withing 4 hours of a timer mishap (my other 3 plants did not, but one did). If it's a sensitive cultivar, it may reveg, all you can do is keep an eye out. Sorry I'm not being as positive as everyone else

If a light/timer error caused a plant to actively show signs of re-veg during mid flower, what’s the best course of action? Continue on at 12/12, and hope for the best? Kill it and start over?

Positive or negative, it’s all a learning process even though it will suck if that does turn out to be the case . But that’s for the heads up
