Lighting problem

Hey everyone. So I've got a lighting issue. I just emailed the emperor lighting company and will be awaiting a message back at some point in time but, I got the 630w cmh dual lamp fixture by emperor. Never gave me any issues before..but now, one socket in particular has exploded 4 bulbs in 2 days...its not acted up before. It's just under a year old now. Anyone have an issue similar? Were you able to fix it? Or did you end up just having to go buy a new lighting unit entirely?

I have never heard of that brand. I hope they help you out and stand by their product. As best I can tell they are running both lamps on one ballast. If there is an issue with one lamp it could possibly overpower the other lamp. Interested in hearing what they have to say.
