Lighting question. Just for sprouting

So I have a rubber maid to grow in right now. I've decided I dont have the space for a nice grow room so I'm going to grow some plants for about 2-4 weeks in a rubber maid and I need help on lighting. Right now I have 2 13w lights and a 75w light. They are all clf's and I'm growing probably 20 plants in my rubbermaid. How much more lighting do you think I need?

Also, if I have my lights on the bottom of the rubbermaid(only the 2 13w ones) will that be bad? They will only be there because I dont want to buy stuff to make it super nice if I'm not using a big room. I think it wont effect it because they will only be in there for a little while.

And I'll provide pics!!!

Bump... and I'll piggyback...

I might have some issues with keeping my sproutlings in my backyard for 4 weeks before transplanting to the forest. Whats the easiest way to make a grow box setup that will sustain 5 or so plants for about 4 weeks until I can transplant? What kind of lighting do I need?

(also answer the above question )

are you sure it's a 75 watt and not a 75 watt equivilent? i don't think a cfl less the 23 watts is worth crap, 42 watters seem to be optimal, I have used an array of 6 26 watt daylight cfls to germinate and veg and it has worked great for me, but i don't grow them any bigger then about a foot.

Good luck
