Lighting

This seems like a good, cheap product for just one plant Compact Fluorescent Plant Grow Lights & Fixtures by Hydrofarm at Home Harvest Garden Supply but I wasn't sure which spectrum is best for growing? Any other lighting recomendations/tips? Thanks.

just getting into growing . gew a few plants on 400w bulbs . heard about the led bulbs . wanted to know what the stort with them. are they any good or shoul i stick with the 400w instead

i firmly believe hid is still the best lighting for the indoor gardener....


some here once said A PROFESSIONAL CHEF COULD BAKE WITH A EASY BAKE OVEN,
but they dont. i stick wih the old tried and true
