Lights at night

Does it hurt to have the lighting (CFL's and HPS) on during the night time to take advantage of the cooler air? If I bring the plants up that way, will it hurt them as long as I don't expose them to the natural light during the day?

No sir it will not hurt them as long as you give them 24/0 or 18/6 during vegetative stage and 12/12 during flowering without any light leaks during dark period it doesn't matter what time of day the lights are on or off

but make sure you keep stray light out of the growbox during lights out that is very important but other than that your golden
