Little bit irked from false advertising

FastBuds said this plant would be ready in 6-8 weeks. So i was thinking 10. I noticed these two plants were no where close in development compared to my other 2 strains. I thought something was wrong I started looking at grow diaries and every single entry was 15-16 weeks. Im barely half way!!!i wanted everything to mature within a couple of weeks apart at most. Now Im seeing 16 weeks???!!! Ugggggg. Gorilla glue auto fastbuds is the strain

the only way to hit 8 week harvest is running perpetual with clones , there's no other way to rush nature

for me to harvest every 10 weeks I have 2 veg area 2 flower areas and feed them with either clone or seedlings, I dont believe you will ever achieve this with autos unless u run a perpetual auto harvest (pop a bean a week for 8 weeks, requires alot of planning )

Check out grow diaries. Com search fastbuds gorilla glue. The complete diaries all go to 14-16 weeks. And these are autos. I bet i looked at 10 different grows and everyone of them were long. Im growing it now and at 9 weeks it still looks like a 4 week old

Actually it was brilliant marketing that got you to buy something. You would never have ordered seeds from the slowAF weed seed co. Fastbuds was just a name they used to make you think you’ll get bud fast. Game recognize game.
Actually 16 weeks from seed to harvest is not bad. I run regular photo seeds that veg for 8 weeks and flower for 10 to 12 all the time. That’s par for the course; there are no shortcuts. No breeder has ever reinvented the wheel...

Always research before you commit to purchasing. The advertisers sale pitch is generally stated from flip, grown in optimal conditions - not from seed.
Then you may end up with a pheno or two that makes you second guess everything.
12-16 weeks is the goal for most strains, depending on your own set up, you could go shorter / longer by a few weeks.
It all a magical mystery tour

I totally get that but they said 6-8 weeks for these particular seeds. So i bought 2 other 6-8 week plants. They're right in schedule but the gorilla glue has at least 7 more weeks to go

I'm running an (avg) 8 week strain (12 total) and at the end of October it'll be 20 weeks. I did add in an extra 8 weeks during veg but I still have two to 4 weeks before harvest. For a total of 10 to 12 flower weeks on 8 flower week strains.

Never believe seed packages flowering times. They're complete bullshit lies you will harvest early every time even in the most prime of environments. I've grown autoflowers and even those take longer than they say. Most strains aren't going to be truly "ready" until 9-10 weeks of FLOWERING (Not counting veg) and with sativa dominant strains usually 12-16 weeks.... lol

The cannabis industry is full of liars and scam artists that get away with it wide open without consequence. Definitely call the company out and I'd even go as far as trying to get a refund. I'm that guy.

One thing you must understand is that nowhere and I say again nowhere did anyone warrantee that those weeks were consecutive.
