Little spiders eatin my weed! HELP!!

I was checkin on my plants today and there were a bunch of little black bugs in the flood tray (looked like a a little 2-ball black snow man with 6 legs) and little webs between almost all the stems and branches. Also spider mites, but I know how to fix that. Does anyone know what these little black bugs are/what to do about them? Ill try to get some pics once the lights turn back on

Were they flying? If so, fungus gnat love to thrive on wet spots. They are very common and easy to kill with an Azamax/Azatrol drench, and the foliar spray of it works for spider mites. Kill two birds with one stone, get some Azamax
