Does anyone have a clue what these white spots are and if I need to be concerned or not? It's only on one branch of one outdoor plant. This plant is in greenhouse and sits next to other plants. Only one branch has this issue. Just wondering if it's something I need to worry about. The spots don't look alive. Plus have been regularly treating them with flying skull nuke em. This week I bought some Neem oil to switch back and forth between products every other treatment. Had an aphid problem originally, weeks ago. These spot are new to me.
