Two should do, but again, you're going to have heat issues. You should really think about getting a bigger box. I know you think you have everything figured out, but you're in for a very rude awakening if you think first, that you'll be able to fit two of 105W CFL's in a PC case and still have plenty of room to grow, and second, that you'll be able to vent the heat with a small PC fan. I agree with the suggestion that a Homebox XS would be best for you.
