thru Wifi or Bluetooth. I don't have a smartphone so I need to go thru my computer. I was told by the Inkbird guy that they can only be used thru a smartphone. I have no idea why it wont work on a computer tho since they both use Bluetooth and wifi.

Any suggestions?

Looks like I may have a work around for PC. I installed Bluestacks 5 which lets you download and install the Engbird app. Once the app is installed it looks for the device. I'll order a few Inkbrid IBS-TH2's and test it out.

Are you just looking to be able to check in on it periodically? Or are you trying to automate other equipment based on the temp/humidity?

Just check periodically. I just ordered 2 sensors. I think I can get them to work.

@V256.420 not sure what you paid but since you are running an Android emulator anyway...I've had good success with these and they are a great price.

There is an export function as well, so you can review historical readings over time. I also created a Google sheet that allows you to import that CSV file and performs VPD calculation as well.

Thanks for the heads up Bland. I already have the Inkbirds on the way but if they don't work I'll give yours a try
