Looking for general advice

Have you tried running lights on during the night and lights off during hottest time of day?
Tried it last night both windows and the door open but the temp of the room is around 28C I think it's just that the ambient temps are so high right now that it'd probably be best to have a cooler but it's meant to cool down today so hopefully I'll be alright and it'll naturally sort itself out

UPDATE: To add to this I've also realised the room is on the corner of the building, it has 2 external walls as expecting one has a large window and the other is just a wall, but the corner these two walls makes meets pretty much dead on the east west line so until midday both walls are getting hammered by the sun

We have limited space so I currently have a computer running in the same room during work hours alongside the ballast the light and my fans, I think the room is the problem here rather than what's going on inside the tent, boosting humidity would probably go along way because it's currently below 30-40% in this room but closer to 50% in others so yeah just a bad environment for the tent to be in.

I can't move it at this point so I'm going to have to suck it up and just hope the plants do okay until the temps start coming back down

Thanks to everyone that helped out!
