Pretty much ANY COB or quantum board setup that doesn't come from china will do you good. Stay away from Ebay and Amazon.

Stay away from Blurple lights as they mislead with power output. Claims like 1000 watt when they really put out around 185 watts. The best way to do it is DIY. @CobKits is the main supplier for DIY parts and is really helpful. You can also get premade COB's from timber http://timbergrowlights.com/ and @RainDan from timber is also on the forums able to help you out.

Ive had good harvest's from 5w episar led panels in the past but really cobs are the way to go. The lights do run generally closer then you would an hps.
