Looking to Add Nute for the first Time any help is great

Looking to finally add some nute to my plant . I grow outdorrs so i wanted to follow FDD2BLK method of its all Bullshit =) . Anyhow here are a few pics of my plant and i seen FDD uses a organic style at 16-0-0 is that to much for my lil plant and if not how much should i start with. Im very new to farming dso all your input is helpful TYVM RIU . The last pic is of one of the bottom old fan leaves . I had a run in with White Flies when the p[lant was youunger got rid of that issue . YThx again Also how much water should i give it ect . i water every so often , but not with tons of water . Also spray neem oil spray on it at night every 3 or 4 days , should i spray rinse in the A.M b4 sun hits it ? to get the neem off it ?

what kind of soil are you using?

No clue , was not a planned grow . So im prolly screwed on how much Nute to use since i dont know the numbers on the soil eh ?

Not at all, you can get it down by feel.

Are you going to continue to veg, or are you wanting to flower it out now?

its a outdoor grown , im just gonna let it do its thang . Im very new to this so gonna let time run its course . I have been taking extra good care for it . I water it every so often with distilled water at room temp . not alot of water at once so not to overwater it .

If you are using True Organic nutes, it is impossible to over nute with organics.

Hopefully i can find some around here that will work .. if not im gonna go all natural and not use anything .. see how this goes
