Check out feminised seeds company at attitude, they're claiming to have the best white widow ever...
Sorry but I can't help this...I am sure they are not going to claim they are shitty. Many claim they have the best genetics, they want to sell their seeds. I only know that when it comes to the WW, Shantibaba created the strain. Arjan and the monkey boy tried to pass it off as their own. FAIL! Shantibaba took his genetics and went and played in a better yard.

I just wanna know out of all the replys who actually grew out either Black Widobutw or white widow
and from who cause I know alot of people just go along cuz of word of mouth or just cuz one created it
doesn't make it the best but I would try dinafem just cause I rarely find a bad grows or complaints
noob friendly and usually better then what most expect

While I have not grown every single breeder's own version of White Widow it has been something of a hobby in trying them so I know how they are compared to the original. which has clearly been mentioned, Mr. Nice Seeds Black Widow.

I have never had a knockoff that was bad, but none have been real close or matched the original, let alone top it. Some are darn good strains, but they really should have different names to them because they are not Black Widow, either genetically or when it comes to it's high/stone and all else that goes with it.

If you want what's likely the closest knockoff, try De Sjamaan's White Widow. Like Mr. Nice Seeds Black Widow, it only comes in regular seeds. If you want the best version of White Widow in a feminized seed that is likely found from White Label Seeds.

Both are quality bud, I am sure you would be very satisfied with either. But neither are the Real McCoy and the real McCoy will not be found from anyone other than Scott Blakey (AKA Shantibaba)/Mr. Nice Seeds.

It happened somewhat different than that, but the ending was close enough.

Ive heard WW strains being 8 weeks but beans davis is saying 75 days? I thought for sure DP won the CC with WW, am I wrong? Also, is there a big difference between white widow and black widow? also, how do we know that white widow is a knock off of black widow? Does everyone agree that black widow is better than WW?

But no feminized seeds and if that is important, than White Label Seeds is the place to go for the best feminized White Widow.

White Label - White Widow

The backbone of the Dutch coffee-shop industry, the first of the `white` strains and an all-round commercial success story, White Widow is one of the most famous names in modern growing. While this is partly due to the memorable name, her speed, yield and stunningly thick resin coating have a lot more to do with it!

Mostly-Indica, with sweet, thick, acrid smoke that imparts a hammering stone, White Widow is a major part of many visitors` first experience of Amsterdam.

FLOWERING: 50 - 65 DAYS

YIELD: up to 150g
Feminised Indica/Sativa

Yes.
I aint done GHS. But i grown a few other > MNS BW, Nirvana and seedsman.

The best one was the MNS. Granted i ad a few phenos that went from 8-1/2 to 11 weeks but they were good plants.
Nirvanas isnt that great tbh i thought they skanked me with something else.
Seedsmans. If you going to get the reg. fem is wank

I been looking at WL and TFDs score over at seedfinder both 10 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Like said by many get the mns black widow.. I grew white widow in 2008 and it was some fire.. Now I have some black widow beans because I want to see how it differs.

If someone is on a tighter budget and wants something at least somewhat close to the real deal, Seedsman Seeds White Widow is not a bad option. It is not the best knockoff White Widow I have tried, but I would call it a good value. What you get in return for how little you pay, that makes it a good value, a better value than the one most White Widow knockoffs give you.

Did you do the Fem or Regs? Im guessing Reg...

I done both, Reg when he bought them out about 2007-8ish and when i kicked back of last season I tried the fem (downsized my home :( so could not select at the time)
well long story short it was wank. compared to the reg.

Not tighter budget just tight on space got a g13bbg and two ch9 bubba kush under
a 150hps only got room for one more but the white label and female versions look like
they could be winners

I smoked some ww out of cali. & loved it so i grew ww from 3 breeders & none was like the ww from cali.G13 labs was single cola pure indica 8 1/2wks good indica smoke.(blue venom freebie was much better than hi $ grape god i bought)GHS ww was not good at all,it never really took off stayed behind everything else low yield not even average smoke.Dinafem was the best & closest to what i smoked.I cut mine at 8 1/2wks witch was way to soon my friend took his to 75dys and it was kill.I have another friend who will be starting df ww in month 1/2 and he will thread it on riu.
I ONLY GREW 1 OF EACH SO???
I need to grow fems now(even tho i'm buying regs and storing for when you can't get anymore)BRICK T. said white label in fems so i'll go with his experience and try them.
Maybe i'm chasing ghost, who knows what ww i got out of cali?
The high had nice head with good body and was very strong & happy combo stone.

I agree Mr. nice bw,if i wanted fems i would go with dinafem ww at 75dys they are covered in crystals.Shanti publicly said he brought kilos of his seeds to spain and dinafem addmited to feming his strains and thanked him on the web.Look on their sites and see how many strains are the same only fems with different names.Critical mass & critical+ for 1 example.
dinafem white widow=JJJJJunk. the fuckers all were dwarfs

Normally when talking about what I would do that would be a very safe guess to make. But while I am not a feminized seed lover I decided to give them a try.

Now and then I will pick a couple strains that a good number of people are talking about and as long as they are not from one or three certain breeders, I give them a try and go with whatever most of the people went with, as in feminized if both feminized and regular are offered.

So that run I had Seedsman Seeds White Widow from feminized seeds and Big Buddha Blue Cheese from feminized seeds.

Neither are in danger of becoming future Hall of Fame inductees, but in both cases, what was got in return for so little paid, I had to consider each a value. The Blue Cheese was a bit on the nute sensitive side, but I expected that so it was not a shock.

For someone short of coin, when they go genetics shopping, they could do a whole lot worse for the same amounts of money than they could do picking either strain.
