Lost their minds? actually, for once in as long as I can remember, the Dems are executing an election with promptness, determination and drive, they seem to be leaving nothing to chance except perhaps some of the voter surpression in some of the states. If this new drive sometimes results in smears, so be it, the right has used those same tactics since Nixon.

Well Canndo to each their own opinion, I think their negativity will bite them on the ass but we have 3 months to see. I find your views a bit extreme and socialistic for me but you're the first liberal to debate without name calling and/or meme spam so you have earned my respect. With the Olympics ending this Sunday get ready for the political onslaught.

the federal reserve bank has never been audited, neve3r opened it's books, and never allowed public scrutiny of the balance sheet, how it creates and services loans, what contractual obligations they have, what their liabilities are, etc.. even the membership of the reserve board is secret, with only the chairman as spokesperson revealing his face.

if your "studies" are anything like the one which famously declared "fox news viewers are less informed than those who consume no media" then you will be sorely disappointed. that particular "study" was an opinion poll not a study, it based it's findings on several ridiculous assumptions, and presumed that any who doubt those assumptions were "un-informed". if that "study had actually been scientific (it was not, and the publishers of this opinion survey never even claimed it was) it would have been discarded without ever being published, even in a psychiatric journal.

a faulty premise, a premise which begs the question, a premise which is simply a stalking horse for the claim that conservative = resistant to critical thinking etc.. (i have seen these and they were all bullshit) will only make you look like a moron who believes everything he reads.

"those of us who pay more than 15%" wow you sure are special. i ran the numbers and last year i paid over 40% in taxes between payroll taxes, income taxes excise taxes, stamp taxes, etc etc etc and those were taxes i paid directly. this does not even count the taxes i paid as a cost of the products and services i buy which are passed on to me by the businesses which must pay their taxes as well. 42.something percent of everyt dime i earned last year went to the state local and federal governments after it was all said and done.

if romney is as stupid as i am and is unable to dodge this heavy burden of taxes that keeps me barely on the edge of poverty,, then he does not deserve to be president. i dont choose my presidential vote based on whether or not he "paid his fair share" i choose my vote based on who has lied to me less and who can be trusted with the reins of government to improve MY position personally, and improve the country in general. obama fails on all counts.

clinton's scandals were all about abuse of authority, abuse of power, and abuse of interns. he was impeached because he lied repeatedly about all these allegations, and the lies were the only thing ken starr could nail down. it congress shirked it's responsibility and didnt even look at the evidence.

When it all went down and he looked me in the eye telling me he didn't have sexual relations with that woman I could only wonder why he thought it was my business. I didn't care one way or the other. When he perjured himself in front of congress it made me care.

I really wish he had said his sex life is between he, his wife and the secret service and was nobody's business but theirs. Nunya would have been infinitely better than lying.

The right does seem to be the party of family values more so than the left, that's why they get skewered more so for their own missteps. If you campaign on family values you damn well better try to live up to that. Kind of like campaigning on transparency and being the great uniter.
