Low Key 2023 Season

What you all think, I think I might bring everything out today to harden em off, they’re on 18/6 light schedule and we are currently at 13 hrs and 59mins sun light, I want to avoid them going into flower and then reveg but every year I always get 1 or 2 that goes into it and then turns ugly

In my zone we normally wait till Memorial Day to put them out so they don’t reveg. But this yr I had some really big tree’s already so I had to toss them out the other day. Our zone states we have 14+ hrs of daylight but will see how they do

We are at 14 hrs and 2mins of day light right now, I got 2 bags left to fill but we finally got rain lastnight so my pile is muddy but I did bring em out today might leave ‘em out til they go into their bags

I started mine under 14 hrs. of light. They are 1 month old and look good. This is the first time I've tried this. Usually I'll just plant in cups outside and bring them in when it's cold. I thought I could get a head start if I started in the grow room but it's been warm enough I could have started them outside.

Here they are hardening up enjoying the rain and now sunshine how I can tell a difference in them

I think I’ll get the 6 of em in the 100gal bags this week and 3 of em in the 400gals if the weather allows it

I will be transplanting the first 6 tomorrow! Imma add amendments to the soil this evening after work and get everything ready, add the posts to make cages/trellis and train em earlier than normal

They’ve all started to stretch and the stems have gotten fatter since I’ve had em sitting outside idk if it’s pre flower or just cause they’re outside but they’re under a porch light at night so they’re not in total darkness, idk we shall see

Girls are looking great! Can't wait to see the big pots loaded up and ready.

Thank ya! Hopefully I get the last of the bags filled this week! But imma try n get everything planted tomorrow depending on the weather now, I’m just hoping my girls arnt in pre flower lol they all got a decent stretch on em but their stems are gettin big too, I just don’t wanna deal with re-veg lol

Man what I wouldn't give to run that many plants outside under the sun. So many possibilities, you're a lucky dude lowkey.

I always heard once there 14 hours and 30 minutes of sunlight your safe to put them out. 14 hours may be fine for some strains and trigger flower in others. Hope you get through the next couple weeks just fine with no pistils popping up.

Thank you! There is way more ppl on here that do way more and better than I could ever possibly do I’ve learned a lot from watching their grows

We are at 14 something but they had pistils showing before I even put em out but I think what they’re doin is normal I’ve seen it before in younger plants I’ve put out it’s like they’re adapting to outside their stems are gettin big and everything is lookin green n all that I’ll get a pic tomorrow

Idk if you can tell what I’ve been talking about but here is a pic of the watermelon zkittlez that has stretched, this one, Runtz 13, banana bomb and a few of the ones I made did it as well but they all seem to be still in veg so that’s good

I got 1 left to transplant! I’m hoping tomorrow I’m able to get the last bag filled and get Runtz 13 in it’s place then I’ll get the cages/trellis made

Ignore the tall grass and weeds I haven’t had time to weed eat and get everything cleaned away but here is where I’m at so far I got 1 bag left to fill

Those are going to need big ladders to work on down the road. I'm really excited to watch these get big.

I hope so! Last season I used a chair lol but I got most of the work done just 1 left

Got the hose ran to the garden! This week I’ll be putting in cages and getting the plants trained and supported so I don’t have to do it later in the season
