Low Stress Training

please help
i just started low stress training on me plant
and it just started drooping suddenly.
is this normal???

this is usually a sign that you are bending it too much at one time

Looks more like a watering issue to me. Either too much or too little of a good thng.

I would also like to say I am not a Plant Doctor, but I play one on TV.

should i remove the bottom fan leaves to make way for the node branches?

no. never remove fan leaves. they are more important to the overall developement. they are the plant's powerhouses and they need to stay intact even if shading other branches. your plant will bush out past it, trust me, dont be impatient.
