Lower the PH level

My soil' (spaghnum, light mix) ph level is around 7,2. I want it to get lower, like 6,2..

My RO water with nutes is 5,4 in ph level..

Is it okay to lower the soils ph level, by watering it with that ph level water ?

Thanks in advance

Are you using a 20% runoff on watering and what does it measure

You want to adjust the ph of your water to your ideal level, so in this case, you are saying your water + nutes come out at 5.4, and you want to raise it to 6.2, right? Try bubbling your nutrients overnight, that might be enough to stabilize the ph to a level you're fine with. I would not use baking soda to raise the ph. Get some ph up or use potassium hydroxide over baking soda. Another option is to use a silica product-they raise the ph too. What's wrong with your tap water? You might be able to use your tap water to raise the PH as well.
