LSD: How to Make?

Like I said, the process is relatively straight forward, but is extremely temperamental. Think of it this way, 20% is considered an exceptional yield; and sometimes, it just won't work, at all. Making things like meth is relatively easy, it's a forgiving process that will still yield usable product even if the only supplies you have are whatever you could steal from walmart and the last chemistry class you had was 12 years ago before you dropped out of high school. Making acid isn't like making meth or MDMA. LSD isn't like that. It requires much more time, money, space, expertise, professional training, high precision equipment, and super-pure precursor chems (and there's a long list of them too). This isn't a process that can be easily duplicated at home. Trust me, I seriously looked into it once, but that's another story... Unless you plan to make a career of it, it's just not feasible. If there were an easy way of doing it, I'd have found it by now.

MANUFACTURE OF LSD

Materials:

1. Ergotamine tartrate

2. Hydrazine hydrate

3. Hydrazide

4. Hydrochloric Acid

5. Sodium Nitrite

6. Sodium Bicarbonate

7. Diethylamine

8. Ether

9. Flasks

10. Filter paper

11. Heating mantle

12. 2 liter three-necked round bottom flask

Time: Approximately 36 hours.

Process:

STEP 1: In a 2 liter three-necked round bottom flask
add to 2 grams of ergotamine tartrate about 1/2 gram
of hydrazine hydrate. Exercise caution when adding
the hydrazine hydrate because it is very poisonous,
particularly to the eyes.

STEP 2: Place a condensing column on one neck of the
flask. Place a stirring device in the center neck and
place a separatory funnel in the thick neck. (Note:
hydrazide hydrate may be added through a separatory
funnel although it is not necessary.)

STEP 3: Place the flask on a heating mantle and simmer
the solution for 2-3 hours while stirring occasionally.

STEP 4: Remove condensing column from flask and continue
to cook for 10-15 minutes or until the original solution
is reduced by half.

STEP 5: After solution has cooled, pour the solution
through filter paper and collect the crystals that
formed. Wash the crystals in a small amount of
absolute alcohol.



STEP 6: Dissolve the crystals in about 30cc of diluted
hydrochloric acid. (Note: diluted hydrochloric acid is
mixed at a rate of 1 part acid to 10 or 15 parts water.)

STEP 7: To the hydrochloric acid solution add about
15cc of a solution of sodium nitrite diluted in water.
(Note: one part sodium nitrite to 10 or 15 parts
water.) Let this solution stand for about 30 minutes.

STEP 8: To this solution add about one teaspoonful of
sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to make the solution
basic.

STEP 9: Place this solution in a separatory funnel and
add to it an equal quantity of ether. Shake this
solution gently for about 5 minutes.

STEP 10: Separate the ether solution from the
separatory funnel and keep the ether solution. The
remainder may be discarded.

STEP 11: Cool the ether solution to 0 degrees Celsius
and to the solution add a solution of about .5 gram
of diethylamine mixed with ether.

STEP 12: Maintain the solution at 0 degrees Celsius for
24 hours, stirring it occasionally (perhaps 4 hour
intervals.)

STEP 13: Remove the solution from the ice bath and
allow it to stand at room temperature for about 2
hours, or until it evaporates. The remaining crystals
will be crude LSD.

STEP 11: Cool the ether solution to 0 degrees Celsius
and to the solution add a solution of about .5 gram
of diethylamine mixed with ether.

STEP 12: Maintain the solution at 0 degrees Celsius for
24 hours, stirring it occasionally (perhaps 4 hour
intervals.)

STEP 13: Remove the solution from the ice bath and
allow it to stand at room temperature for about 2
hours, or until it evaporates. The remaining crystals
will be crude LSD.

Also, LSD is very light sensitive and synths need to be conducted either under red lights (dark room type) or under special fluoros.

just stick to growing cannabis.. and maybe grow some shrooms if you want to trip. As far as LSD goes, your better off just finding someone that can supply you with the LSD.. instead of trying to be a chemist and making it yourself.. which again.. is pretty much impossible unless you know what your doing.. and have all the equipment to do it with.. and a lab to do it in.

And the worst part is the time(prison time) involved with a lab. You probablly would get less time in some states for murder then you can for making dose.

I wish i was still in contact with the stuff.I Miss tripping. I recommend everyone try one form or another of it at least once in your life. It changes the way you think for sure, in a good way. I live in Maine and shows and tours rarely come this way anymore like they used to unfortunately.

You should just grow cubensis, all you need is wild bird seed, vermiculite, (perlite for mumidity in FC) jars, clear storage tote for a fruit chamber, and a pressure cooker. The whole process only takes a little over a month. Its alot safer for you than LSD too! Or you could just do PF cakes, and all you need is unbleached brown rice flower, and vermiculite!

Spores are cheap online!

most of the lsd thats around isnt lsd at all and lsd-25 hasnt been around in close to a decade when they arrested all the big chemist that made it. i have a pdf on it, but all the chemicals are regulated and kept close watch and the equipment alone would mean you already have money to just hire a chemist. if you wanna make something at home make lsa, or extract a san pedro or spice. the home chemist is restricted to basic chemicals. otherwise youll be starting up a clandestine lab

Oh believe me, its been around for the last 10 years. LSD will never disappear, I mean a fair amount of scientists wouldn't do what they do if they never used LSD.

There are still a few around, just in very low and hidden places... I got the white fluff and its surely lsd-25 with the most positive affirming results

Search the words "LSD, missile silo, wamego KS" and you'll find what you're looking for.

But yeah, real LSD has been practically unavailable in my area for quite a while now. I say practically, because there are some things being sold as LSD, which I'm pretty sure isn't. RC's and and some sub'd amphetamine types probably.

Also, there is no difference between LSD and LSD-25. LSD-25 was an in-house designation used by Hoffman and Sandoz labs. The 25 follows the name because it was 25th in a series of chemicals Hoffman synthesized from ergot alkaloids. It isn't an isomer designator like delta-9 THC, it's just a name, an obsolete one.

my bad. my dads friend down in fla was a chemist. he told me he hasnt come across 25 in that long. i guess i just assumed since he was a chemist he knew what he said. id prob go apeshit if i found real shit, but the only crap ive gotten makes your back hurt like hell and no matter how little or how much you seem to find yourself dry heaving (not just me). what i do seem to get is analogs of lsd, these analogs have no short name, other than ald-52, which ive never had. what im talking about is home chemist trying to make lsd from shit they cant and end up making another drug and calling it lsd. i just stopped taking it cause how shitty its gotten. and the pdf is uncle festers practical lsd manufacture 3rd edition. im not as lucky as some and havent ever come across 2ci, or anything other than shrooms or wannabe lsd.

LOL in capitals here. As there is so much wrong with this statement. (I am not flaming you sir) but really .... come on.

The genius in a person is not an outcome of extended study. It is a power tapped in from within. I know some accredited chemists ... and let me tell you they are good at counting pills ... for subscriptions filled ... as they do their 9 to 5 at a local pharmacy. As that was their goal in life, a scope of their career. Nothing wrong with that.

Your academic life in chemistry ... if you pursue it .... is mainly for access to equipmnet/knowledge/chemicals ... and social network with which you can home on your skillzzz. Your success in experimentation with this stuff comes from first hand guidance .... you need apprenticeship, That is all. But in order to get there ... you must have luck, determination and be chosen. So when you say ... one must be a chemist for 10 yrs to attempt ... I just chuckle.

The use of the right equipment is obvious ... we are not making 'sketch' in a bathtub here. Things are as complex as you make them or perceive them. There is many brilliant people living on this rock ...(browsing this board) things you deem complex are a walk in the park for them. And guess what ... they do not have chem degrees ... but you don't need those to go to the right classes ... to read the right books and to learn from the right people.
Nothing is complex .... and persistence will always create opportunity.
But you got to be careful.

my dad was telling me about when he lived in moved to san fran from 63-67. There where guys making it in bath tubs and using an old pill press from the 18oo's to make it... lol they were making it in bath tubs and getting fried in the process to make it. I met an older fellow a couple years ago through a friend who brought in 100 damp sheets of family fluff I was the lucky fellow who got to line them to get cut, needless to say i was careful not to touch them but i still tripped balls. That guy had another 500 sheets to take to a festival yes it's out there no this guy wasn't a "chemist".

I think your dad was telling you a story of how a bunch of hipsters ... got some liquid .... (already synthesized LSD) ... and they used a bath tub in which they set up an old press .... to make ... blotter paper sheets ... on which the liquid was dispersed.
