LST a 3 Footer

Just started my 3 foot plant on LST today and within the hour she was starting her bend back up !!! Gotta love the sun . Also was wondering can i put more then one bend in it ? Will it stress it to much ? I want to bend it when it reaches the top of my balcony again Thx for the insight RIU

Bend it all ya want. Watch how much the branches grow. It will amaze ya.
