When doing the low stress training and i have the plant bent do i face it away from the lights or at the lights and is this correct what i have done

Doesnt matter it will right itself to the light in as little as a few hrs or a day.

Edit...
Try not to bend the main stem over like that so close to soil. Bend top over, like an arc, supporting main stem ...so main stem is still standing straight up and just top is bent over.

Still to young to be training atm...wait a week or two then train.

I would do as @lime73 said and untie and start over. Secure your main stem first. Be sure to leave room for it to get bigger. Then pull your main branch down and face away from the light.

I would also wait until it’s long enough to reach the edge of the pot when bent over.

This is on my other plant is this correct these are 2 weeks old and i read on another post in the forum to start this at 2 weeks i will let the first on get a bit bigger or should i leave this one as well for another week

With my autos I start training when I get six nodes and keep tying down, bending and tucking to expose bud sites throughout grow.
Last pic is before and after trim on structure I try to achieve. I remove everything under 4th node. Just what works for me.

Yes this is much better.
You can Lst when they are small just have to take it easy on that first bend, once they grow more it's pretty basic...as you will soon see. :mrgreen:

See how @quirk has his little one supported at main stem.... do that before you do first bend, Support! ;)
