Lst?

I understand what LST is, and what to do. But is it meant for a higher yield?

The main reason I do it is to get about the same yield as a taller plant.... while keeping the plant height under control.

An added bonus is the light is able to penetrate the lower branches better... producing better size buds on these branches.


This is the reason I do it and the results I've seen growing White Widow in my particular environment.... opinions may vary
