Lst

topping brings out multiple top colas, lst is the bending of the branches away from the light so it grows back towards the light.
good luck

lst is low stress traing. bending the plant to divert growth hormones to lower shoots. it will turn this

Nick, you should hang some Christmas lights off that bitch and put her in the living room window. She looks prettier then a lot of decorated, dead pine trees I've seen. :-P

LST is a very plant friendly way of encouraging bushiness. After topping or even super-cropping the plant goes through a stress/recovery period. With LST the recovery time is almost null so growing times are barely effected.

Sometimes I'll do nothing but some serious LST on a plant, continually pulling the plant open on itself on every new shoot until I get a decent spread then let it grow untrained.
