i am lsting since veg now i'm starting to see buds,should i take the strings out or just leave them there?

Is lsding training? Tie the tops to the bottom if your stems aint hollow.

I just cut my strings off today. Got the plant how I wanted now it's in flower. I don't think it's gonna straighten out.
