roommate turned light on in grow room during dark cycle, am I screwed.

For how long? Probably not a problem if it was just once.

ya 3 weeks into flower, he walked in and right back out.

It's fine.

I did have one plant reveg on me and it only took 4hrs of light mid-flower and mid dark cycle (i was trying to get a lights-on pic during lights-out), two other plants in the same grow were fine.

Some plants are more sensitive than others but if it was just for a moment or two, shouldn't be an issue.

LOL nah the pics only took a moment, but it took four whole hours for me to realize OHFUCK I DIDN'T TURN THE LIGHT OFF, lol
