Hi there, gonna.start an ongoing journal/thread for MOB. Right now I have one about 2 weeks into flower. And a few that are vegging that will probably end up being tossed outside in a few weeks.

So heres a.couple pics of the mob currently.

Unfortunately it seems the strains genetics have gone.down hill in.the recent years.. still good just not crazy like when it was still pure.
Guess a couple breeders have made s1's might try a pack when someone gets em back in stock.

Anyone with MOB please feel free to add to this journal!

The plant in flower there isnt topped or anything she came to me almost dead and i nursed her and cut clones then flowered. But the inrernpdes are super tight. Only nutes I've.been giving it is dyna grow foliage pro. Probably another six weeks to go roughly, maybe seven.

As for the environment they are in,
The veg pics are a 2x5 foot closet with a 250w m.h. and those are in recycled pro mix being fed only with dyna gro foliage pro.
The flowering plant is in a 4.5x6 foot area with 2x 400w h.p.s. and that plant has been in ffof and since xplant before flower has had water only.
The plants in veg will be cloned and then put outside around may 15 (hopefully they don't flower). And their clones will be grown inside along with thc bomb, bubnle bomb and big bomb (bomb seeds). Once those get past the seedling stage I'll start a separate journal for them. And the mob clones will be flowered inside most likely before the bombs.

So I'm thinking that possibly the flowering plant is a bit farther along than I.thought. maybe it was around 3.5-4.5 when I started the journal.
Here's a pic of the flowering plant and the vegging mobs in the closet.
The flowering plant seems to be starting to fade and the top buds are super hard already. Getting a really pungent smell now without touching or moving the plant.
Veg plants have now been topped twice (except for like 2).
Apparently ffof is too hot for my mob even through flower because all its had is water and im seeing burnt tips all over the place this week (saw a few here and there past couple weeks but nothing bad).

So some changes in plan happened. Ended up putting four of the vegging clones in flower because I.needed the space in.veg for my bomb seedlings. The mob that's close to harvest has had its yellow leaves culled and will probably come.down next weekend. Unfortunately that will leave me about 7-8 weeks without a harvest...(had a catastrophe a.couple months ago, still trying to get back on track).
The four young plants in.flower had some ffof to.fill.the top 2-3 inches of.the pots and.then espoma bulb tone mixed into the.top. since then they have only had water.

Hey there, I got it as clone. I haven't tried any of the breeders that have made s1's. From what I have read.though it seems most of them have lost the fast flowering trait through the process.
I'm still looking for a cut of the original mob, because it was amazing, but over the past 2-3 years I've only found diluted genes.
Most of em have still .been pretty good just not quite on the same level as the original.

TH Seeds claim that they have feminized seeds from MOB.
http://www.thseeds.com/mob

They also state that the flowering time is 6 till 8 weeks (but we all know that they often exaggerate)

If you look at some of the pics, it seems the buds are foxtail-shape.
Perhaps that is typical for this strain.

Fox tails are pretty common in.mob.
That pic looks a lot like the one I have almost finished(granted a much better picture and.more defoliated). But it.doesn't look too much like the original one I'm looking for. Its very possible that the clones I got were from one of these s1 crosses.

I've heard rumors of mob being called new jersey blue hash plant, but never new England hash plant..
Just looked into the hulk, nothing i found indicated signs of mob.
A couple of people i know tried some cuts under the name new.jersey blue hash (i was interested because of the mob rumors) and it just seemed like a blueberry cross to me. Im sure it does go under different names but i havent found the original again yet..

Taking at least the top half of the flowering mob today. I might save the bottom half and see if.i.can get those bottom nugs to do anything. Ill post a normal light pic before i cut it.

Ya not bad. Smaller plants than I.usually flower but my flower room was almost empty. If.it doesn't hurt yield too much I may start filling it with smaller plants.

From the start of 12/12 its 3 weeks in, I saw bud sites at around 6 days in so i would normally count it as 2.

These plants are blowing away the cheese berry (s1's a buddy made trying out his diy cs genny) honestly those cheese berry plants never grew well for me so i expected the mob to do better.
Had some more mob cuttings take root today so those will go into cups and probably end up outside in a week or two. Ill probably cycle this strain out of my indoor once i have clones of my bomb strains ready (berry bomb cut rooted today).
I wish i had kept a run on the old mob going...just not the same anymore and this stuff wants to go 10 weeks inside compared to 7-8 of of the original.
