Remember a squeaky wheel will eventually get greased!

and right about now, the marijuana wheel is squeaking REAL loud and about to get louder

I think obama has bigger problems than worrying about the legalizing marijuana....

but....I think as we get more and more states with medical marijuana we are headed in the right direction....:)

I started a similar thread earlier about the same thing Loud Blunts. Hopefully with two of them, more people will see them and take action. Good job.

i think he does too

but what most dont understand is

that legalizing marijuana ties into the bigger problems that obama needs to worry about

-the co2/climate change bullshit they feed us? wow talk about all the marijuana and hemp fields that could suck up that extra co2 we produce...and all the while providing us with fresh o2

-the being more 'green' iniative bullshit they try to feed us, funny how not even a hemp plant is in the plans.

hemp will create the greenest strongest fiber.

it can be the fuel source

the food source

-need i mention the revenue from marijuana that could help obama and his/our debt?

there are MULTIPLE reasons why the time is now...its almost like they have the simplest answer sitting in their face yet they dont wanna touch it

not to mention not only making revenue from taxing it

but saving and making more money from not punishing and jailing our US citizens which cost mad money.

not to mention how can people pay taxes/help the economy if they are sitting in jail for victimless/violentless crime.

don't get me wrong LB, but for obama to say " were legalizing marijuana"... can you image the fight that would incur? I'm thinking were headed in the right direction with medical marijuana. if there were 25-30 states with mm, it will be whole lot easier in the long run to legalize it. hell I live in the most redneck, right wing state in the us and were having mm hearings.

moreover, i think this is about principle

he claimed all this bullshit 'change' and listen to the people

but yet, when one of the most responded to/voted on questions came up...he just gave a one word answer, no reason behind it, no nothing. just a one word dismissive answer with a chuckle

apparently 3.6 million (roughly) thought it was important.

but i guess our voices dont matter.

this shows he just laughed at the 3.6 million people who thought it was important.

so much for his re-election.

its all cool and dandy if this isnt your stance, but dont flip flop on it to get you into office, then laugh at the 'online audience' the same audience who put him into office and think its okay.

if its not your stance, just say that. dont be disrespectful and laugh and dismiss our views....especially when it was US that got him in the office.

he works for US, we dont work for him.

i agree and cosign with you bro, wholeheartly

either way it would be political suicide

as he laughed at his supporters...and lost ALOT of supporters now

but at the same token..... political career suicide for obama if he said yes.

however, taking a stance like that is pussy boy behavior. batti boy

dont back down from noone.

the greatest pioneers didnt give a shit what nobody thought.

if they was in the position of power, they would do it. and history loves em for it...even though at that point in time he was hated for it

i got so mad i almost threw my laptop across the room. i've had my hopes up that he would eventually say something positive towards our cause. to see him giving these elaborate explanations of other questions and then literally.....literally laughing at the fact that millions of innocent people's lives are ruined over a plant that is far safer than tobacco/alcohol wasn't comprehensible. i felt the weight of his action just crush all of us at the same time and it made me that more determined to support the legalization movement. in the end....we will win.
