Maine coast, first grow, outside deck

Hi all, I'm ready to buy seeds but being a beginner have many questions even after lots of reading. I plan to grow two strains on my deck, living on the coast of Maine. I'd like a high CBD strain and another higher THC strain. Assuming auto flower. I'm hoping a skunk type strain will work in my region. Planning to start inside and eventually grow in 7 gallon fabric planters. My concern is high humidity and low temps. Also have no idea which strain is best for my region. I'll grown with premix soil add recommended organic supliments, worm castings and other strain specific suggestions. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

7 gallons may be kinda small depending on when you'll be setting them out, but that might work in your favor if you need to move them due to bad weather in the fall.
Pinch them back/ supercrop/ tie branches down to keep them squat. 7 gallons isn't much weight to anchor them if they get tall, they'll blow over no doubt with a strong wind. Bushy and squat is easier for maintenance and bug patrol as well. Pia getting up on a step ladder checking for bugs/mold/mildew.
Lastly, dont get too drove up to set them outside. Plenty of growing weather left putting them out beginning of June. Best of luck, coastal growing can be tricky.
