Damn man...I dealt with root aphids as well. My experience was...once theirs flyers...to late to beat. Hate those things. I had to stop growing for a full 3 weeks, bug bomb weekly and burn all soil and pots. Still saw new fliers for the first 15 days. I was in soil though. They are pretty nasty critters....born pregnant and dont need a mate to reproduce, and become immune rather fast. I tried everything, even imidchlrorid. Give me spider mites every day of the damn week over RAs.

personally, if it were me, I wouldn't flip to flower till you know for sure they are gone. They can really effect yield, and in all my research I did when i discovered them, and the months I spent fighting them, I never found a grower who beat them with the same plants they discovered them on. But thats just my opinion, and you know how those are, just like asswholes we all have one and they all stank!

Yeah it is what it is at this point.
We are continuing to battle these little bastards. I know they aren't completely gone but we are definetly keeping their numbers way down.
After this run things will be shut down until fall, so we'll completely disinfect the room then.

We've added a filter to the intake.

Added nylons to the lights and as you can see we are catching aphids already.

Most of the plants are looking fine though.

Top picture shows the worst plant bottom right. You can also see some home made traps we made. I also set off a couple bombs during lights out today, and placed a few mothballs in every net pot lid. I do have a few more tricks up my sleeve.
I'll be switching to 12/12 shortly so I need to get these under control.
love the set up need my greenhouse set up hydro haha

Bugs seam to be all gone and the plants are looking much better.

There are a few small plants that had got hit hard. I'm not expecting those few to amount to much. But most of them have come around and are doing well.

Bugs seem to be all gone.
Looked in the buckets yesterday and all the dead bodies are starting to decompose and cause cobweb mold. So we went down first thing this morning while the lights were on and pulled every bucket lid and drenched them in a tote of bleach water. Scrubbed the sides of the net pots and cleaned the roots the best we could. Every bucket was taken out of the room, rinsed out and cleaned with 90% rubbing alcohol.

6 weeks to go.
Hoping to keep it together

They look great for the issues they have gone through. Sounds like a fair amount of labor, but it will be worth it. Have you flipped them yet? If so, how far along are they?

Thanks.

Looks like I won the battle with the root aphids.

I've also got the system dialed in. We have 2, 275 gallon tanks. I fill the 275 gallon feed tank and when the feed tank is empty I have 50 gallons in my opposing (waist) tank.

This room was harvested in the 3rd week of July, right before my outdoor grow started showing buds.

We are harvesting the outdoor crop right now. I have 80 clones to choose from to fill this room. I should of had them in already but I can't pull myself away from the outdoor harvest at the moment.

Soon this room will be up and running again and when it is I'll keep it updated.
Thanks,
MaiNiaK
