Mainlining under 240w quantum board

Hey guys,

I wanted to ask you all if some of you have enough experience with mainlining to give me some advice on my grow.
I'm thinking of mainlining 4 plants in a 3x3 grow tent with a 240w meijiu quantum board. Problem is, I heard that mainlining is more of a thing with higher wattage lights and now I'm in a bit of a pickle
It should be noted that I'm really looking forward to that awesome symmetry and the possibility of taking the plants out of the tent for better cleaning (can't really do that while using scrog)....

Now let's discuss, people

and thanks for the help in advance ☺

You can mainline , hub , LST , super crop , top , film , monster crop , vertical grow , SOG , ScrOG or anything under a led board.
Even that china clone board . Quantums is a branding name from HLG.

As long as you start your plants ( indica works well ) around 5 nodes in growth and veg long enough to set up manifold .

I know how to manifold, but my question was if the 240w of the meijiu is enough for that plant structure. Some growers say that scroging is better for low wattage setups, because it produces smaller buds and therefore don't need the same kind of intense light that 8 fat collars per plant need to build structure and ripe

Thank you very much for the fast reply by the way

And I don't meant to ask if the the light I have will get me from seed to harvest. It was more of a question about if it was efficient to go with mainlining

You kind of answered your own question. Light is light. Training is training. Do you want lots of small buds or small amount of large colas? Personally I go with training because I dont mind the extra veg and i hate trimming pounds of 2-5 gram buds.

The question is, if the light I have is enough to profit of the big sorted collars while mainlining. I heard the bigger the "potential" bud, the stronger the light needs to be.
Otherwise you end up with 8 or 16 buds that are not grown big enough to justify those extra 2-3 weeks of veg for all of the topping... Or so they said at least :/

240 is a small grow so id say no. Youd probably be better off just topping and lst. Use that extra month on the next batch.
