making one branch of an auto produce fem seeds?

Maybe gibberellic acid since with colloidal silver and silver thiosulfate spraying begins 3 days prior to flipping the photoperiod to 12/12. Gibberellic acid is applied after flower starts.
The auto part is going to complicate things for you I'd guess.

Is there a spray i can find to do this?
Please help me any info is appreciated
I have used colloidal silver to reverse a female but I did that whole plant. They say the silver particles travel throughout the whole plant. Some people sear you can do it though as long as you cover every part of the plant you are not spraying. The bad part is you cannot smoke the bud that comes off of the plant you sprayed. So your almost better off reversing one and pollinating a different plant with the pollen you get.

Since you stated, "making one branch produce seeds" I will assume you want seeds on one branch of a plant.
First, in order to produce seeds you must have female flowers and male pollen which comes from male flowers. In order to have fem seeds the pollen has to be from male flowers produced on a female plant. As was stated earlier thia can be accomplished several ways but the easiest in my opinion is to spray a female plant twice a day with colloidal silver from the time it shows it's sex until it produces male flowers. The pollen is obtained from those feminine male flowers and this is collected and applied to the single branch of a female using a paint brush. It takes about 4 weeks to grow viable seeds.
There are other threads which explain this process of making the male flowers and collecting the pollen more thoroughly including making the colloidal silver.I just don't have the desire or patience this morning to go into it any deeper.

I've gotten word from a very well known and experienced breeder that any tiresias left on the shelf right now would be outdated since the company that makes it went out of business.. He also clued me in on the silver thiosulfate saying it was the most effective.
That's interesting, I have a bottle but I've never used it. I'll have to check the date on in...

yeah, it's only good for 4 months or so. The silver thiosulfate that's on it's way to me is solid and has a two year shelf life. , silver nitrate and the second part sodium thiosulfate.
You can mix just the amounts you need .

I just recently bought some TMist from Amazon and hit a fem Berry Ryder branch 2.5 weeks ago. Here is today. Maybe I got lucky. I'm buying another bottle today. It's only $20. You can start misting the whole plant at 5-6" tall or wait and mist a lower branch sometime after pistils show. Very easy. Mist a couple times a day until you run out. (I suggest not misting the whole plant. Trust me I've done it.)

Also, CS is easy to make. See the sig in @EverythingsHazy

Here's a thread I started relating to Tiresias Mist and making seeds on a fem plant if interested. Anyway here ya go.

Yea, take a look at my CS guide and HLG's journal threads. You'll learn a lot.

I just use bio ultra colloidal silver on Amazon it's like 12 bucks for an 8 ounce bottle....
I tired that stuff, but it burned the crap out of my plants. They looked horrible after a few sprays. Homemade CS doesn't do much damage, if any at all.

The easiest even laziest way to make feminized seeds,

is to leave a cola hanging on the plant come harvest time

within 2-4 weeks, male flowers will grow out of the female cola

not many but enough to pollinate the rest of the females on the cola

allow the plant to go as long as you can

put her in a warm spot, with a kitchen towel on the topsoil

to collect the seeds, and just forget about her ...easy!

or Colloidal Silver, which I have done, but can be tricky

good luck

Here's a pic of the last one I reversed. It was a stunted Fantasmo Express. She suffered from an excess of rain in the spring and almost died so as soon as I revived her I started spraying with CS.100_2180.JPG100_2180.JPG 100_2180.JPG

Don't do the first method. That's just encouraging hermie tendencies in your genetic line.
