Male for Female?

This is my first grow, it is a little over 3 weeks old, can anyone give me some advice? I suspect a male because of how fast its growing, but im not sure.

It's not in focus and hasn't developed much junk where you have the camera focused anyway. it may need a few more weeks to know. look fur lobster claw

male plants are more vigorous in veg, if you jump on youtube or google, there should be some quick easy info guides. usually between 3-4 weeks between 4th and sixth set of branches you should be able to sex it. ladies will throw two white pistils

it looks like two tiny horns sticking out, can't really see it in the pic, they weren't there last night

and btw all my plants grow the same in hight being male or female
