I topped them about 5-6 days ago from 10-12th node down to the 4-5th node but I couldn't see any indications on the tops removed.

The first time I ran regs I could figure out their sex on my own. It's not hard if you actual do research on what they look like and give them time to show sex. From the pictures you've shared they barely look sexually mature.

Fimming/topping doesn't slow down its sexual maturity...it just slows down what we want, more colas. It will still be trying to sexually mature, just wont have the spots it normally shows sex cuz we chopped em off.
