Male or female?

Hi all

Started flowering this puppy about a week ago. All the other seedlings it grew up with have shown sex a long time ago, but this one had not

Finally, I think I can positively make out pollen sacks, but I'm not sure as this is my first grow.

The strain is Sour Diesel. Can someone please tell this first time grower that these are NOT pollen sacks and that I am just imagining things? Please? hehe

The photo didnt turn out too great in the harvest sun. Once nightfall hits here in about 2 hours or so, I'll take some better photos

It looks like you have pollen sacs forming. It looks male to me.

I would pull it ... Separate it from the ladies ... Grow it out a little ( either placing in the sun or separate light ) , wait for sacks to mature a little , place a bag over it , chop and shake the shit out of it .... Collect the pollen , store it or start making seeds.

Looks like it has a nice rigid stalk and that is a great characteristic to pass on.

So I went ahead and pulled it, killed it with great sadness

Put the second one into flowering - same thing. Except that I went on a 4 day weekend this time and let the plant do its thing. Turns out those are not pollen sacks, they open up to reveal the pistils! That, or this one is a hermaphrodite.

I'll post some more pix in a few days when I am sure
