it will mature very soon. see how the top looks like its alternating...that means its really close to flowering

You can make them bud now if you put black plastic bags over them for 12 hours a day making sure no light gets in.
They will flower once they hit a 12/12 light cycle.
Plus they will triple in size, so if their size scares you now, wait until theyre ready to harvest.
