Many or Just One?

Getting ready to clone and I have 2 options and wonder which would be better in the end.

In my tent, I have 3 of the clamp sockets and each will handle 300 watts. I have three 120 watt cfl. They use 120 watts, not 120 replacements.

Using bubbler buckets and space will be 2 buckets by 2 buckets, so 4 total.

Since doing bubber, root bound isn't an issue. So which will give me better grow, bucket with 4 grow spots or bucket with 1 larger grow spot?

These will be FIMed and grown to about 18 inches before put into flowering.

Thanks in advance.

Since you are using CFL, which do not penetrate as deeply, I would suggest going more shorter plants to take better advantage of your lights.

That said, I do not have any experience growing multiple plants in a single hydro bucket, so this is based strictly from a light coverage stance.

I tried growing several plants in one bucket, the problem is that if one plant gets messed up, you can't remove it without damaging the other plants.
