Marijuana legal in what countries?

hey guys, i was curious about the laws reguarding growing and smoking marijuana in other countries.

Ofcourse the netherlands would be ideal, but im looking for a place to live, and raise a family down the road, and i hear it is quite difficult to qualify for immigration to the netherlands.. if anyone has any info, please let me know. thank you!!

Its not legal in Canada, but there are plenty of places where the laws are barely enforced.
