So I want to do a side-by-side of a 135w Rspec by HLG and a TS"1000w" (150w) lamp from mars hydro
It would be in a 2x4 tent with a foam board seperating it into two 2x2 chambers. The medium would be Drain to waste coco coir, and there would be two identical clones being grown out under these lights for comparison. The strain I have right now is mother of berries.
It would help me get the light for free if you came and hit like on my post here...
I think this will be an easy way to show a comparison for people in the market for a new light who don't have a lot of money to spend. I could just buy a mars fixture but I really don't have money to waste especially after wasting money on two blurples from them around 5 years ago.
Please go to that thread and hit the like button on my post so I can get the light and start a journal. As soon as I get confirmation on the light, I will cut a bunch of clones and take the two most identical in growth to race against each other.
If anyone has any input on the process of the side-by-side please throw your ideas in!
I plan on doing a light intensity test before and after the grow as well.

I live in NorCal, United States. I have only grown for about a year, and I hear a lot of people talk crap about Mars, so I want to show that they can grow some great weed! I like the dimming box they added as well, none of mine have that Can you take a better pic of your light .. hard to...
