Maximising yield

Week 7 in with gorilla zkittlez, had a major defoliation week 3. Week 4-5 was incredible change. But 6-7 seems little to no progression. Also there very bushy again letting little light through to the middle canopy.
Will defoliating now do more bad then good?
They seem very heathy. Nutes, humidity and temps are spot on. Wondering if anyone’s got some tips n tricks to pack on weight for the last 2/3 weeks.

Have you trained any branches to open up the plant to let light in? If you defoliated a 3-4 weeks ago, she could probably use a trimming, but I would train branches first. Pics could help us help you as well.

This plant has been yellow since sprout.. no idea why, but it's a good example. I defoliated and tied branches down to open her up and let light in. I won't defoliate again tho. It's an auto.

Not really trained as they didn’t look like they needed it when growing and after I’d defoliated was plenty of room. Also I thought as the buds grow the weight would open them up. Do you think tie them open with some bamboos?

Maybe try a little extra shot of Potassium.

I was listening to some lab-coat nutrients guy and he said plants can run out of potassium and growth can stall out during the second half of flower. A little extra K can get things going again.

This super short video doesn't get into it much, but at 40 seconds dudes says "use K to Unstallyour plants."

If you're into nerdy info, Harley Smith has a lot to say.
