Burry that steam up to the cotyledon and move that light closer !

Also play with the stem and it’ll get stronger. Don’t be rough and snap it but you could put a low level fan on oscillate nearby so it gently moves. The more your little lady senses “wind” the sturdier she makes her stalk.

Absolutely. Any movement that causes the stem to sway is perfect. Just don’t be too rough!

Fill the cup all the way with dirt pretty much just don’t bury the new growth (everything that’s not stem )

Shaking the cup? Yeah you could ... but a small fan would be easier. And a small fan will never utter phrases like - "why am I shaking this cup?"

Oh I thought he meant on a shaker not like pick it up and shake it. It needs to be steady movement over long periods of time, it won’t strengthen if you just pick up the cup and shake it a couple times. I recommend the fan!

Your soil looks super dark. You should be able to take a fist full without it clumping into a ball.
DONT over water. Let the soil get kinda dry.
DO NOT shake your cup. That's crazy!!! Your roots and micro life live down there. Don't fuck em up! And your soil will get compressed.
And light plenty of light! Light is energy. Makes strong plants.
