Which is the very definition of a troll
Just because you can't answer the question doesn't mean I am trolling. The questions seems to rile up your panties quite tight either way, but I'm asking. What is your current alternative to the sitting President? Out of the field of available candidates which should we all kumbaya behind that will fix anything?

Troops Overwhelmingly Support Sanders; Abandoning Trump*

Trump* Should Be Removed from Office

and just in case any VETS! here are wondering which rightie got them their COLA back in 2013- it wasn't a rightie at all (those that care soooooo much about VETS!):

President Signs Veterans COLA Bill
Thursday, November 21, 2013
WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 – President Barack Obama today signed legislation by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) to provide annual cost-of-living adjustments in benefits for veterans with service-connected disabilities and for their survivors.

The legislation, for the first time in years, ends a Department of Veterans Affairs practice of rounding down benefits.

“I applaud the president for signing into law the measure that addresses one of the major concerns brought to my attention by veterans service organizations,” said Sanders, who chairs the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.

“This law will prevent the VA from rounding down disability compensation and certain survivor benefit cost-of-living adjustments,” Sanders added. “These seemingly small amounts of money add up over time and will contribute to the financial stability of millions of veterans and their survivors.”

The Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2013 ties annual cost-of-living increases for veterans to the same Bureau of Labor Statistics consumer price index that is used to annually adjust Social Security benefits. For the coming year, the measure would increase compensation benefits by 1.5 percent on Dec. 1 for almost 4 million veterans and survivors.

“Providing adequate financial compensation to our veterans and their families is our responsibility as a nation. We owe them an enormous debt of gratitude for their service and sacrifices,” said Sanders.

Nah, all he did was rewrite an old bill that should have been extremely easy to pass and yet it still had to be heavily amended to get adequate support, mainly because he has no allies in the senate.

It doesn't mean, as you suggest, that he's popular among servicemen. He's not. Fully, 1 in 8 of those who supported him in the primary ended up voting for Trump. They likely did so, just in the hopes that Hillary would lose the primary. In addition to this, he received huge amounts of support from the Rooskies and it still wasn't enough to take the primary.

He's not nearly as popular as you suggest. I know hundreds of combat vets and not a single one likes him, though many are liberals. But that's just my experience, ymmv.

I really like Pete. He did good at the last debate. He showed he could think on his feet. But black and brown folks are not going to vote for a gay dude. Without black and brown votes, we are screwed. So we better hope Joe keep on a steady keel.

That's quite a claim. So you're saying that only white people are open minded about homosexuality...

I knew something was off about you.

And yet you're pushing the "Bernie is the most popular politician ever" nonsense in yet another thread that isn't about Bernie.

I think you just don't think. Maybe you only understand Russian agitprop.
actually, it was the 'military abandoning trump' that lured me. the sanders info was a bonus.

I'm saying most black folks are very conservative. They are far more churchy than whites.

Edit: And then there are the polls.

Just quit. It's not the worst thing I have ever heard, but it's bullshit.
I hate that it is a thing, because those votes are needed. But it is a thing.

I will share my experience when I think it is relative.. Have you ever done much politicking in the black community?

What you’re saying had some truth to it before 2012 but changed big time after Obama came out in favor of marriage equality

There’s really not much gap there anymore
