I seem to remember PR city was all for a LP starting there a few years ago. Never did hear of anyone opening one though.
Out on the prairies it is still 1950 and we are not that forward thinking. At our 420 celebration this year only 5 people showed up, one guy with a bag of herb and four cops, turned out to be a short celebration though. Hell, we still toss people in jail for giving away seeds out here - a store selling the devils weed - some folks here is just plane scared. Last time folks out here showed this much concern about change was when they brought out them dar horseless buggies.
Enjoy what you have, most of the country is still in the dark ages - thanks to our leaders and the rCmP...

All juicy Tidbits from " Roll It Up " go directly to the RCMP donation centre and to Stephen Hilter's flip phone's voice mail.

I was at that meeting. It was pretty amazing to witness the 'shifts' in perspectives of certain Council Members .

Talk is cheap - now let's see some action. As one Councillor said 'It's ridiculous to wait two more years or whatever for the Feds to move on this.'

Though at one point during Thursday's regular meeting Mayor F did say something to the effect of 'Live and let live. The people need their medicine.'

Its time to start that fight here and i have nothing better to do...
