Hi, quick question. When most seed vendors post the percentage of THC levels, is this number the percentage of THC out of strictly the cannabinoids, or all of the organic substances in the buds in general?
I'm asking because I encountered this on a seed bank's website:

Thanks everyone!

And on the vendor's websites, the 21.2% level is the only one mentioned. I'm asking because I'm wondering if the THC level is only 8% by everyone else's standards, but they are passing the 21% off in order to pull a fast one. Since I don't actually know what the standard measurement is that determines the listed THC percentage on all of the seed websites, I thought I'd ask.THC Level: 21.2% measured upon the rest of cannabinoids. 7.9% measured upon the rest of organic substances belonging to buds like: aminoacids, sugars, terpenoids, vegetal hormones, and cannabinoids (determined by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry)
