Medium change.

I'm currently DWC in pots I melted lined into for net pots. Works great till mid flower then they start tipping. I've got a 6" Grodan cube I was considering plopping her into, problem is I'm still learning and haven't used one before. I've read where they can be too wet yet they can also be used for a constant drip system. Anyone care to clarify? And what do I need to do to get it ready? I've got bucket, air pump, line, air stone, net lid, and a pump for a constant drip system.
My current medium is coir and perlite around 40%.

I never had any luck with rock wool personally, it does like to hold too much moisture for me. When I tried it in flood and drain I had to increase the interval between floods (compared to LECA). That said, how will the rock wool cube help with your plants tipping over in late flower? You have pics of the setup you run that's tipping over? I use a trellis to keep my plants upright in their pots.

This is leanabit
I don't see changing medium doing much for the leaning branches. A trellis at the proper height would however hold those branches up under the light. Don't get the string trellis, it's stretchy and sheds fibers in your flower, the plastic kind like Hortitrellis is what I use in my grows. It can be stretched mega tight without breaking. You can check out my grow for some pics of it in action.

You dont even need much. If you were to tie a few pieces of this stuff between your poles just to give it something to lean on it would probably be enough. I use this stuff to hold the sides of my canopy up so the outside branches dont fall over.

changing your medium isnt going to help anything imo. Youll need to find a way to support it.
When my shit gets big enough the whole 6" 5 gallon bucket style net pot will get pulled over out of the site if I dont support the plants.
Plants dont move at all, they just pull the whole netpot and sometimes tote lid with them.

Switching to this style netpot would give you a little more support if youre having issues with your current pots moving or falling over at all.

I may need to clarify, I'm not looking to transplant this one. I'm looking at future grows. In retrospect the pots I'm using right now have no lip, hence the tipping. I've put supporting rods through top and then taped them down so I should be good for now.
