Thought I would ask here....I google searched this and did some reading but none of the posts seemed recent. I have never tried the switch from HPS to HID last two weeks of flower but have read it can help with resin content, taste and density. My plants are day 51 so I am a couple weeks from being done. I wanted to try this but have some concerns....one will it effect yield this late into flower? Second do I have to remove glass out of air cool hood. This would raise temps a little in my closet. I know in the past the bulbs spectrum were more narrow if I am using a hortilux Super HPS with increased spectrum and lumes my metal halide light is a sunmaster neutral deluxe. From my understanding it has more to do with the emitted UVB. Would I be better off with the HPS and trying a couple of those retile lights that put off the same thing?
