Not true at all for card holders. Out law says that all laws in conflict are null

Yes it does open it up, the same way it is now, they will need your card number to look you up

4810 amends the MMM Act and brings in 4827. You can bet CG/Pts will be held to this standard.

We did not collect enough sigs to turn in by the July 11th deadline. And by that time so much crap had been thrown around by the other campaign, people didn't know what the hell was going on. Which is how they were able to sneak these bills up and out.

Abrogate is still open and Viable, though we do need to gear back up for another run.

The question is where were you?

to make sure you're not supplying the black market... You don't have to agree, but I have yet to be that incorrect of my assessments of how things have been played out. This will be no different. Get pulled over with a plant an no tag, and watch what happens.

No worries here, warrantless searchs are not legal. But they can inspect the large grow places whenever they want.

If patient laws remain I can still have my own seeds and cuttings like it has been. But I do repeat. I had not considered if I was pulled over with seeds or cuttings.

There is a grey area there, but I can't see it applying to cg, or pt they would have to ammend the mma and this bill does not do that.

I think some people are being a little naive about what is coming. The cops are going to push the limits and it's going to take the state supreme court to make them back off, hope you have a pile of money to fight the good fight.
