I'm adding a 30 breaker panel this month to the house. I already used the one I have now up so have to rewire the box before I add my other 3 1000watters.With running both rooms with 3, 1k bloom lights and a 600 for veg and all the dam fans and what have ya's I still only drawing 11 amps per leg so the whole room is only drawing around 20 amps. Well thats with the dryer and oven on too so thats the whole house thats only drawing 22 amps total.
I was gonna up the house amps to 200 but dont really need that much unless I start welding again. 100 amps is plenty for a house. Even with a garden.
Hey razz, I have a spare 8 inch cooltube if your looking for a good vented hood. 100 bucks and shes yours........... I would recommend the new hyrdofarm hood called the raptor. It's about 3 inches bigger than the sunsystem xxxl hood. Foot print is bigger then anything I've used so far.
 
he was really cool man but a bit too expensive, he was willing to work with tho! he said come down and get ballast cord set and bulb for 250. i still havent decided where im getting yet tho, i have different options between locations and brands, digital/magnetic and new/used. i cant make up my mind LOL.

but the cheapest i could find was 190, but 80 shipping, and like i said he warranties the merchandise
 
im really concidering taking a 3 hour drive to go buy a 1000w setup for 125, bulb cordset and ballast. 6 hours round trip. i think its worth it. anyone gonna try and talk me out of it?
 
Hey guys going to get my flowering lighting today and I have to somehow manage to get a 1000W with hood/bulb/cord/ballast for under 300$, thinking about checkin out that sagnasty place discused earlier in this thread. Im only like a half hour from saginaw or so, whats that place called?

We got a new hydro shop open in Lennon also (genesee county) - "Two guys and a grow shop" - they are pro mmj and card holders get 10% discount also - thinking of checkin that place up...


anyway I got my 1000W MH that I been using for veging for only 200$ delivered from indiana - from insidesun.com - Refurbished Magnentic Ballast, Cord, Chrome Batwing reflector, and GE BULB....the shipping was like 50$ - the thing was only 150$ b4 shipping - works great

hey man i won a 1k setup valued at like 450 on ebay for 260 shipped. im not getting it. rather then getting bad feedback we can find a way for you to get it instead.
 
we wanna know where to get the 1 kw for 125

homelight 989.922.0088, every time i go in there it gets better, i'm always meeting someone or having an interesting discusion, although i try not too "hang out", i always find myself in there for an hour, and the guy that runs the place is helpful and polite!
 
i can give you the guys number for the 1k light. tomorrow. LOL cuz i might still go buy it. it will be a 7 hour round trip. but thats all the cash i got and i want a 1k now. or 400 air cooled (hard to explain LOL). but yea if i dont get it tomorrow ill give out the number.
 
Oh you guys will learn... Going cheap on your lighting is not the thing to do. A cheap ass bulb is just that and only made for streetlights not growing. You'll see, done been threw a bunch of new growers trying to go cheap....
Never works out for them but guess folks just have to learn them selfs...... Good luck my friends good luck........
First time that ballast leave your room dark and ya cant get it replaced fast,,,yep you'll see what I mean............... At that point cost wont even come into play. You just know you'll have to get that room runnin or your crop is done.....

i went as cheap as i could on everything. goin on my 7th harvest...or 8th, i cant remember....with no issues. just like everything else you mainly pay for the name brand, just cuz the price is cheap doesnt mean the product itself is cheaply built. plus one other thing, not everybody has the money to spend, especially me, so these more expensive products are not an option for me.

Agree, but I would rather pay a higher price. It seems to guarantee a certain level of quality. But I mean really we're dealing with lights here. They've been around for almost 200 years they shouldn't be as outrageously expensive as they are. It's all about shopping around and finding the best deals which aren't always found online...

I like the campassion club idea rzza. thoughts have crossed my mind of getting one going up here. a very unique one

Hi, from michigan. Filled out paper work last month, and will be legal on December 6th.

I was reading in the thread that people are getting arrested because they don't have the actual card. Is that still happening?

I guess I do not have the ability to stop growing anymore. Nope there is absolutley no reason to stop until the patience in michigan are not getting screwed by their caregivers anylonger. as a matter of fact I am taking it very personal for some reason.

I can grow a half pound of dope for $5 dollars.
