Micro rubbermaid cfl LST grow

yea lowes has the y splitters and the plug directly into the socket.
And yes the ice pack keeps the box about 10 degrees cooler until it melts.
 
ok i think its time to update. the plants are now on week two and i have started lst on them. both are looking ok so far. the one on the right gave me a scare
for a while because it got very droopy and when i cut down on watering it got worse!!! Finally before giving up hope i added some nutes but very little and saturated the soil with water.
The next morning she was looking much better. well here are the photos.

omg an xbox 360 that isnt modded?! =P


not bad, but why not just use the closet itself as the "box" since the walls are whiteish and its a larger better ventilated area?

also u can get y-splitters cheap at the depot / lowers / ace or even online if those places are too far, they will be 1-3$ each more then likely

Please read the title before posting, he is trying a micro grow so its not as obvious as a whole closet grow.
 
i would put the intake and out on opposite sides so that you create more of a natural airflow instead of just a little circle of air going in and out.

That was my original idea but i have them both wired to a single cell phone charger so there is not enough wire to wrap around the box. I mean i guess i could have just soldered more wire to one fan but i was too lazy.
 
I am now in flower!! I switched to 12/12 and Instead of using 3 26 watt 2700k cfls i went to lowes and got two huge 65 watt 2700k cfls.
I mean these things are beastly Just one puts out 3900 lumens! . I will post pics later tonight for you guys to see and comment on.

haha thanks alot. I was expecting some issues especially being that this is my first grow but so far all is going well.
My biggest issue was temp but now that im on 12/12 I keep the lights on at night when its much cooler and its helping tremendously
 
shes really about to take off now that u put her in 12/12 good thing u can lower her..... hopefully u wont run outta space they triple during flowering in size
 
yea thats my biggest fear. You think as long as i keep up the LST it will stay smaller? Also im not transplanting into larger pots. Does that help at all?

yeah itll help it from getting huge with small containers..... but thats kinda counter-productive it cant get mugh taller than its container size .... but im a noob too and ive seen a couple dudes on here grow in party cups so idk...... whats the tallest u can allow her to get in ur container?
