Micron sizes I have and a ? on them

I purchased 4 bags microns are large to small 220 155 120 55

I added the green to the 155 allowed it to pass to 120 and finally 55

I am currently letting is soak in ice water for 10 mins (only doing a batch of about 10 grams)

Will I be losing anything if I dont filter out the water from the 55 microns?

got about half a gram (10 g used was already frozen then dry iced shaked 2 x) I was planning on running it via ISO but had to try cold water once again, still straining the 55 water thru coffee filters... taking forever
